International participants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements & regulations and should plan travel well in advance. Before traveling, it is recommended that you check with the Austrian Representative Office in your country for an updated information.

Please note: In case you are an author you need to specify title and number of the accepted paper. If you are a conference attendee without being an author you need to successfully register for EWSN 2022 and have paid the registration fees in full before we can issue a Visa Letter of Invitation. It must be understood that these letters are only intended to help participants to obtain a visa or to raise travel funds and do not commit the Conference Organizers to any financial nor insurance obligations.
